KABUL (PAN): The Wolesi Jirga said on Sunday parliamentary elections -- scheduled for late May -- should be held only after the requisite security measures were put in place.

KABUL (PAN): The Independent Election Commission (IEC), as part of preparations for the parliamentary polls due in May, has worked out an operational plan for the 2010 vote.
