Kabul provincial council has 33 members. After internal ballot, following persons merged as administrative board members.

1-Sayeda Masouda Yari:
Sayeda Masouda Yari is the daughter of Abbass. She is born in Ghazni province in 1989. In 2012, she graduated from law and political science faculty of Khatam-un-Nabyeen University. Prior to running for elections, she was an active civil society member. She has no political affiliation.
2-Dr. Zohra Nawabi:
Zohra Nawabi is the daughter of Mohammad Issa. She is born in 1986 in Kabul City. She graduated from Kabul Medical University in 2001. Before contesting elections, she was an advisor in parliament. She has no political affiliation.

3-Khatera Ashaqzai:
Khatera Ashaqzai is the daughter of Khan Mohammad. She is born in 1979 in Kandahar City. She has a degree in journalism from Kabul University and masters from a university in India. She is a writer and poetess. She has worked in many governmental as well as non-governmental organizations prior to running for provincial council’s elections.

4-Habiba Qadri:
Daughter of Abdul Shakoor, Habiba Qadri was born in central Kapisa province in 1988. She passed her 12th grade exam from a girls’ high school in the Khairkhana neighbourhood of Kabul in 2002.
She went to the Syed Jamaluddin Afghan Teacher Training Institute, where she completed a two-year English course. Later, she did her graduation, majoring in journalism, from the Bakhtar University.
For a decade, Habiba Qadri served as a teacher at different government-run schools from 2003 to 2013. She also worked until 2014 for several media organisations, including Radio Television Afghanistan.
Not affiliated with any political party, Qadri has been an active civil society member. She has also been a member of Afghan Young Leaders, in addition to association with other forums.
5-Maryam Sediqa Sadaat:
Maryam Sediqa Sadat is the daughter of Ahmad Shah. She is born in 1989 in Kabul City. She has a degree in law and political science from Khatam-un-Nabiyeen University. She has no political affiliation. She has been appointed as the council’s secretary.
6-Mohammad Shafi Ustwar:
Mohammad Shafi Ustwar is the son of Mohammad Sediq. He is born in 1959 in Kohdaman district of Kabul province. Prior to running for elections, he served on many positions in the government including police chief of Kohdaman.
7-Haji Sayed Naeem Farid:
Haji Sayed Naeem Farid is the Son of Haji Sayed Kabir, Haji Sayed Najeem Farid is born in 1971 in Kabul. He is graduated from a high school in Kabul. Before making his way to the provincial council, he had his private business.
8-Haji Rahimullah Mujahid:
Rahimullah Mujahid is the son of Juma Gul Mujahid. He is born in 1987 in Kabul City. He has a degree in computer science from Mashal University. He is not affiliated to any political group.

9-Haji Mullah Mohammad Omar Tarakhail:
Haji Mullah Mohammad Omar Tarakhail is the son of Haji Langar Khan, Haji Mullah Mohammad Omar Tarakhel is born in 1978 in Bagrami district of Kabul. He studied religious education till 14th grade. 
10- Alhaj Abdul Mohsin Ahmadi:
Son of Mohammad Jan, Haji Abdul Muhsin Ahmadi is born in 1984 in Surkh Parsa district of central Kabul province. He is graduated from Law and Political Science faculty of Kabul University. He was an active social activist before making his way to the provincial council.
11-Dr. Azimullah Niazi:
Dr. Azimullah Niazi is the son of Habibullah. Niazi is born in Kabul in 1951. Currently, he is pursuing his degree in Law from Kardan University. Earlier, he was practicing medicine and had his private clinic in Kabul. He has no political affiliation.

12-Haji Mohammad Ali Mohammadi:
Haji Mohammad Ali Mohammadi is the son of Haji Mahram. Mohammadi is born in 1962 in Kabul. He finished his school in Kabul but later obtained a degree in Islamic studies from Pakistan. He has no political affiliation.
13- Sayed Abdul Rahman:
Sayed Abdul Rahman is the son of Sayed Mumtaz Darwesh. Rahman is born in 1988 in Peshawar City, Pakistan. He has a degree in Islamic Studies from International Islamic University in Islamabad, Pakistan. He was pursuing his master’s degree from a Chinese university but after succeeding in the provincial council election, he suspended his studies for time being.

Qari Pacha Jan Munib Istelafi is the son of Mir Pacha, Istelafi is born in 1953 in Estalif district of Kabul. He is graduated from Arabia Academy of Kabul and this is his second term as member of provincial council. Before electing to provincial council, he was member of an education committee in Kabul. 
15-Maiwand Naseri:
Maiwand Naseri is the son of Sher Khan. Naseri is born in 1989 in Kabul City. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in law and political science from a private university. He has no political affiliation.
16-Mariam Husseini:
Mariam Husseini is the daughter of Mohammad Amir. Husseini is born in 1986 in Bamyan province. She has completed her school in Iran and later obtained her degree in law and political science from Kabul. Earlier, she was spearheading an NGO for women. She is not affiliated to any political party.

Sayed Naqibullah Hashemi is the son of Habibullah Hashemi. He is born in 1962 in Kabul City. He has a degree in Islamic law from Peshawar University. Earlier, he served in several national and international NGOs. He is a former member of Hezb-i-Islami party.
19- Haji Mohammad Fawad Sediqi:
Haji Mohammad Fawad Sediqi is the son of Mohammad Rafiq. Sediqi is born in 1977 in Parwan province. He did not work in any government organization. Before making his way to the provincial council, he had his own business.
20-Qari Sayyed Umar Hotak:
Qari Sayyed Umar Hotak is the son of Alhaj Ghulam Saeed. Hotak is born in 1971 in Hotkhail area in Kabul. He is graduated from the faculty of Islamic studies. Hotak is married and has nine children.

Malem Mohammad Zahid Ahmadzai is the son of Jalat Khan. Ahmadzai is the resident of Sarobi district of Kabul province. He is born in 1986 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Pakistan. Before contesting election, he served as a teacher for six years. He is not affiliated to any political party.
22-Haji Sher Ali Ahmadzai:
Haji Sher Ali Ahmadzai is the son of Haji Gul Rasoul. He is born in 1973 in Khak-e-Jabar district of Kabul province. He has a degree in Pharmacy from Nangarhar University. He worked for 15 years in his field before running for election. He has also no political affiliation.

Abdul Khaliq Zazai Watandost is the son of Jan Mohammad; Abdul Khaliq Zazai Watandost is born in 1973 in southeastern Paktia province. He is graduated from Medicine Faculty of Kabul University. He has 17 years experience in pharmacy and has no political affiliation.  
24-Adel Khan Akakhail:

32- Tajuddin Bahrami:
Tajuddin Bahrami is the son of Khuda Bakhsh. He is born in 1971 in Kabul. Earlier, he was working as an anesthesia doctor in Rahman Meena Hospital. He is member of Paiwand-i-Milli party.
