KABUL (PAN): Identifying durable peace and tranquility in Afghanistan as his top priorities, presidential candidate Qutbuddin Hilal has said there will be no pre-conditions for holding reconciliation talks with the Taliban and Hezb-i-Islami if he wins the upcoming ballot.

In an exclusive interview with Pajhwok Afghan News, Hilal alleged concrete steps had not been taken over the past decade to ensure lasting peace and tranquility in the country.

Son of Muhammad Azam, Abdul Jabar Taqwa is born in 1948 in Farkhar district of Takhar province.
He received his diploma from a police academy. He has 40 years brilliant experience as government employee. He discharged his duties in various capacities such as deputy minister of reconstruction now known as ministry of economics and then administrative chief of the same ministry.
He worked as Parwan governor from March 2004 till March 2009. In 2010, he served as governor of Takhar province.

Son of Abdul Aziz Akhunzada, Haji Rafiullah Gul-Afghan was born in 1973 in Kariz village, Qarabagh district of Kabul province. He served as head of a construction company in the armed forces.
He was member of Islamic party during Russian occupation but currently, has no political affiliation. Currently, Gul-Afghan is the second deputy of Misharano Jirga.

Located in the west and southwest, the Chardihis locality is a vast area of Kabul city which is divided into five municipality districts.
