Sayed Azizullah Ulfati is the son of Sayed Mullah Abdullah. He is born in 1963 in Sheberghan city of Jowzjan province. He received his bachelor degree in technical a academy in the field of communication. SHIBERGHAN (PAN): Up to 225 families of internally displaced persons (IDPs) were given carpet-weaving material in the northern province of Jawzjan, officials said on Tuesday.
The assistance was provided by the Department of Refugees with the support of the United Nations Higher Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).

SHIBERGHAN (PAN): Officials in northern Jawzjan province said on Saturday the number of Karakul sheep had increased with change in weather conditions.
Over the decades, Karakul fur products have been one of Afghanistan’s main exports and sources of foreign exchange revenue.
Based on a survey, Jawzjan has one million sheep, including 300,000 Karakul sheep, livestock official Abdul Ahad told Pajhwok Afghan News.

SHEBRGHAN (PAN): Four militants and an Afghan Local Police (ALP) member were killed and two others wounded during a clash in the Darzab district of northern Jawzjan province, an official said on Wednesday.
The militants were killed during a clash with ALP personnel in Qatar Sum village on Tuesday night, the district chief, Rahmatullah, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
