97- Baz Muhammad Jowzjani

 Son of Haji Ghulam Sakhi, Baz Muhammad Jowzjani is born in 1964. His mother language is Dari but he speaks Pashto, Uzbek, Turkmen, Turkish, Russian, and Kazakh. Jowzjani finished his primary and secondary education in Pakistan in 1990, gaining his 12th class certificate from the Jabhayee Nejat High School in Peshawar. He then studied at a Technical College in Almaty, Kazakhstan, but cut short when he left the country in 1993. Jowzjani was a former jihadi commander. He is now the director of companies including the Sakhi Zada construction company and the Haidare Jowzjani Business Company. Jowzjani was elected to parliament in 2005 and he has been a member of the Hezb-e-Tanzim Jabhayee Milli Nejat Afghanistan since 1993 and currently serves party’s high council.

 Son of Haji Abdul Shokur, Haji Muhammad Ismail is born in 1954 in the Mangajak District of Jowzjan Province. His father owned an import/export company. Ismail studied his early education in the Mangajak School in Jowzjan in 1975, and continued his education till 9th class in Pakistan in 1984. Ismail is a businessman and landowner and mainly associated with agricultural profession. He is the deputy chair of the Aaqcha Business Company and also owns an import-export business. Ismail is a tribal elder of the Mangajak District of Jowzjan Province. He was a member of the Hezb-e-Harakat Inqelab Islami during the jihad. He was a member of the Constitutional Loya Jirga in 2003.

 99- Dr. Enayatullah Babur Ferahmand

 Dr. Enayatullah Babur Ferahmand is the son of Chari, and is born in 1977 in Sheberghan city of Jowzjan Province. His mother language is Uzbek but he speaks Dari, Pashto, English, and Turkish. Ferahmand completed his primary and secondary education at General Abdul Hakim Qahraman High School, Jowzjan Province in 1993. After graduation, he joined the Medical Faculty of Balkh University. He earned his bachelor degree in Medicine from Balkh University in 2005. Ferahmand has been the head of the Dostum Charitable Foundation since 2001. Ferahmand worked as a teacher for six years in the Afghan-Turk High School in Mazar from 1997 to 2003. Ferahmand then served as a translator at the Urdonia Health Hospital in Mazar-i Sharif, before he joined the British Broadcasting Corporation as a journalist, producer and chief correspondent for Balkh Province. He is affiliated with Hezb-e-Junbish Milli Islami Afghanistan. He was in charge of the Youth Committee in Junbish and advises Northern Alliance leader General Abdul Rashid Dostum on cultural affairs.

 100- Abdul Satar Darzabi

 Abdul Satar Darzabi is born in 1962 in the Bato village of Darzab District in Jowzjan Province. His mother language is Uzbek but he speaks Dari, Pashto, Turkish, Russian, and English. Darzabi completed his primary and secondary education at Darzab High School in Jowzjan. He holds bachelor degree from the Academy of Policy in Turkey in 1994. Darzabi served in the Jowzjan police force for more than 20 years including other provinces. He served as the head of the commission for the reconstruction of the Hazrat Ali Shrine in Mazar-i Sharif in 1995. He held the posts of chief of security for Jowzjan Province for one year in 2001, and also chief of security for Aqcha District for months. Darzabi won his seat in the 2005 elections.

 101- Fahima Sadat

 Fahima Sadat is the daughter of Sayed Abdul Ghafor, and is born in 1972 in the center of Jowzjan Province. She speaks Dari, Pashto, and English. Sadat graduated from Khadija Jowzjani High School, and then completed his 14th class certificate from the Teacher Training Institute of Jowzjan. She is currently a student in the fourth class at the Law Faculty of Sadrudin Aini University in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. Sadat has been a member of the board of directors of a cultural organization in Jowzjan since 2004. She is also the head and founder of Rah-e Sabz (Green Way), a cultural organization that she established in 2010. She founded a library in Jowzjan the same year. Sadat worked as a teacher before the Taliban came to power. She worked at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) and with the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) in Mazar-i-Sharif during the 2004 election. Sadat was elected to parliament in 2005.
