KABUL (Pajhwok): The Independent Election Commission (IEC) on Tuesday evening announced final results of the Wolesi Jirga election from northern Takhar province.
The IEC on its website published the names of individuals who gained more votes in the October Wolesi Jirga elections in Takhar province.
They are Abdullah Bek, Raees Abdulbaqi Malikzadah, Eng. Amir Mohammad Khaksar, Ghulam Sarwar Sadat, Dr. Sayed Ashrafuddin Aeni Habiba Danish and Najifa Yousuf Bek.
The IEC reiterated once again that nobody's vote would be lost and those who collected most of people’s votes would make it to the Wolesi Jirga.
