55 students graduate from agro faculty

KANDAHAR CITY (PAN): Fifty-five students on Saturday graduated from animal husbandry, plant protection and agronomy departments and given away degrees at a ceremony on the university campus in southern Kandahar province.The graduation ceremony was attended by the university chancellor, teachers and students besides provincial officials, tribal elders and public representatives.Kandahar University Chancellor Dr. Hazrat Mir Totakhel, congratulating the agriculture faculty students on receiving their degrees, hoped the graduates would play their role in the promotion of agriculture.He asked the graduates to use their knowledge for the betterment of the people and the agriculture sector, the mainstay of people’s economy in many provinces.ma/mud
