Ghulam Husain Naseri son of Ali Juma, Ghulam Husain Naseri is born in 1959 in Behsud District of Wardak Province. Naseri completed his primary education in Behsud Primary School and then went to Kabul and completed his secondary education and graduating from Amanullah Ghazni High School in 1971. He earned his bachelor degree in Islamic Law and Islamic Philosophy from Jamiatul Mustafa Al-Alamiyya University of Qum in Iran in 2007. In addition, he also studies Islamic education in a Madrasa for eight long years. Naseri immigrated to Iran in 1982 and stayed there until 2008 with off and on visits to Afghanistan. He served as spokesman of the Hezb-e-Wahdat Islami Afghanistan party’s decision-making council in Tehran from 1997 through 2002. He worked with the Bamyan Regional Office of the Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission (AIHRC) in 2003 as secretary and translator. Naseri also worked for two and a half years with the Independent Election Commission’s main office in Kabul in the legal department from 2006 to 2008. His mother language is Dari but he has spoken command over Pashto and English as well.

Akbari completed her secondary education at the Rabia Balkhi High School in 1989. She then earned her bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Kabul University in 1990. Akbari has more than ten years of brilliant professional experience. She started teaching at Char Qala Wazir Abad High School in Kabul in 1999 and kept on teaching till 2003. He graduated from the Kabul Police Academy in 1965, and then from Kabul University in 1991 with a bachelor degree in History and Philosophy. Wardak served in the police force until he retired in 2007, spending 33 years (1972-2005) in the Criminal Technical Department of the Ministry of Interior Affairs. Sediqa Mubariz daughter of Hussain Bakhsh is born in 1970 in Chandilwel District, Kabul Province. She completed her education at Hazrat Khadija and Nargisia High Schools in Iran in 1997. She earned her bachelor degree in Administration and Management from Payam Noor University in Iran in 2003. She is currently studying Political Science and International Relations at Kateb University. At her early young age, her family immigrated to Iran and stayed there for more than 30 years. Mubariz served as head of the Women’s Affairs Commission in Iran. Mubariz was elected to parliament in 2005. When she returned to Afghanistan in 2003, she participated in the Constitutional Loya Jirga. She has affiliations with the Mohaqiq’s Hezb-e-Wahdat Islami Mardom Afghanistan. She speaks Dari, Pashto, and to some extent English.
