Muhammad Dawood Ghafari is the son of Abdul Ghafar. He is born in 1971 in Dawlat Yar district of Ghor. He is graduated from a high school.  He had the membership of Islamic society of Afghanistan. Back in 2005, he served as head of provincial council and then its member for four years.
