66- Alhaj Karam-u-din Reza Zada

AlhajKaram-u-din Reza Zada, son of Mullah Fazul Haq, was born in 1970, in the city of Cheghcheran in Ghor. He speaks Dari and Pashto. Reza Zada completed his early education in private religious institutions. He graduated from the Literature Department of the Ghor Teacher Training Institute in 2009. At the age of 16, Reza Zada joined the Mujahideen. He then worked for the government as an employee at the Department of Agriculture in Ghor from 1994 to 1996. From 2002 to 2003, he was the Director of the Department of Communications and Documentation in Ghor. In 2003 to 2004, he held the position of Director of the Public Works Department. From 2004 to 2010, he served as Deputy Governor of Ghor Province.

Ruqia Naiel, daughter of Ewaz Ali, was born in 1978, in Lal WA SAR Jangal district, Ghor province. Her first language is Dari and she speaks English as well. Naiel completed her primary and secondary education at the Zainab Kubra High School, Ghor Province in 1994. She completed a nursing course conducted by the Ministry of Health from 1996 to 1998 and is currently a student of International Relations and Political Science at Kateb University in Kabul. Naiel is currently the deputy of the Movement of Afghan Sisters (MAS) and attributes most of her votes to civil society activities in Ghor. She is a member of the Advisory Board for the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) in Afghanistan.  In 1995, Naiel was a trainer for a literacy course conducted by Oxfam in Ghor. From 1998 to 2005, she was a nurse in a children’s clinic in Lal WASAR Jangal District of Ghor Province funded by the Shuhada Organization. Naiel was elected to parliament in 2005 and she was representative for Ghor Province in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002.

Daughter of Mirza Gul Aqa Khan, Sima Joyenda is born in 1971, in Firoz  Koh District of Ghor Province. Her mother language is Dari and she speaks Pashto and English as well. Joyenda completed her primary and secondary education at the Tega Temor High School of Ghor Province in 2005 and received her 14th class certificate from the Teacher’s Training Institute of Ghor in 2009. Joyenda worked with the women’s organizations, specifically with programs contributing to capacity building of women. Joyenda worked as a teacher under the Taliban rule and taught underground courses for girls. After the fall of the Taliban, she continued working as a teacher at high schools in Ghor Province. She worked in governmental offices, including the Governor’s Office in Ghor and the Rural Development Department. She also worked in nongovernmental offices, particularly as a provincial trainer for a semi-governmental, rural development organization for over two years, and discharged duties to build women’s capacity in Afghanistan. She participated in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002, as well as in the Constitutional Loya Jirga in 2003.

Son of Sayed Amir, Bahr is born in 1959 in Qalacha village in Lal Wasar Jangal District o Ghor Province. Bahr’s mother language is Dari but she speaks Arabic. Bahr studied Islamic subjects and literature in Afghan and foreign seminaries and completed his Islamic studies in 1985. He graduated from Darulhuda High School in Lal Wasar Jangal District, Ghor Province in 2007. He established the Baserat library in 1983 in Ghor Povince and delivered speeches regularly in mosques. From 2002 to 2005, Bahr was the district governor of Lal Wasar Jangal. From 2008 to 2010, he was the district governor of Dolayna District of Ghor Province. Bahr was deputy of the Hezb-e-Wahdat Islami Afghanistan Provincial Council for Ghor, until the formation of the party in 1991. From 1991 to 2001, he was head of the Hezb-e-WahdatIslami Provincial Council.
