Election shouldn't be held in areas where monitors canât go By: Ali Muhammad Nazari (March 30, 2014) Senator Gul Ahmad azami provincial candidate in Farah Lack of security is the major challenge to held a transparent election in Farah province. majority of districts in this province is suffering high security threat and moreover 53 polling stations will be closed on elections day due to insecurity. He told to pajhwok: we have hired monitors for overall polling stations which was announced by IEC, in advance government should provide security for the monitors of election on election days. He also said: we have previous experience of election, areas which monitors couldn't covered was full of fraud and violation. Thus, according to the review of previous election the upcoming election shouldn't be held in areas where monitors canât go.
