"حکومت مکلف به دستگيرى و مجازات عاملان سربريدن ها است"

BAMYAN CITY (Pajhwok): Civil society activists and the governor of central Bamyan province on Wednesday urged the government and security forces to bring to justice the killers of seven civilians in Zabul province.
Holding a gathering in Bamyan City, the provincial capital, the activists demanded the government take stern action against the perpetrators.
Hailing from Jaghori district of southern Ghazni province, the ethnic Hazara tribesmen, including three women and a child, were partially beheaded by Islamic State fighters in Zabul in Arghandab district on November 8 after keeping them captive for about a month amid clashes between militant factions.
Hussain Dad Ahmadi, a civil society activist, told Pajhwok Afghan News the government should detain the perpetrators of the atrocious crime and take part in funerals for the victims.
Bamyan Governor Tahir Zuhair condemned the incident, calling it inhumane. “The government especially security forces are responsible to bring to justice those responsible for beheading of the seven civilians that included women and a child.”
The governor said peaceful protest was every citizen’s right to convey their grievances to the government.
Hundreds of people on Tuesday staged protests condemning the incident and accusing the government of indifference towards their release from Daesh group.
Thousands of people also marched through capital Kabul, seeking punishment for the perpetrators and resignation of the unity government leaders.
