"ادعای ظاهر قدیر در مورد کمک حکومت به داعش بررسی شود"

KABUL (Pajhwok): Some Wolesi Jirga or lower house members on Wednesday said Haji Zahir Qadir’s allegations about the presence of Daesh leaders in Kabul and their government backing should be investigated.
Fakoor Beheshti, a lawmaker from central Bamyan province, said: “Accusing each other in the current situation is causing divisions and one pillar of the state shouldn’t blame the other.”
“If Qadir’s allegations are true, the government leaders and lawmakers should take action because Daesh is everyone’s enemy,” he said, adding that the issue would harm the house’s prestige if not thoroughly investigated.
Two days back, Haji Zahir Qadir, the lower house first deputy speaker, alleged that Daesh leaders were in Kabul and had support of the National Security Council (NSC).
But the Ministry of Interior, Defence , and National Directorate of Security said such allegations weakened the morale of the people and the security forces.
Abdul Satar Darzabi, a legislator from northern Jawzjan province, asked Qadir to prove his allegations.
Lalai Ahmadzai, another lawmaker, said: “It’s true those who somehow support the insurgents are in the regime, but Daesh has an international angle.” Like other lawmakers, he also demanded the issue to be investigated.
But Qadir told the house that they had informed security officials four months in advance about the problems in the northern zone, but no step was taken. “Security forces are like my children and they give sacrifices everyday but their officials have no capacity.”
“One of our agreements with the president was arming 2,000 people in the eastern zone to support security forces and I would also share my facilities with the uprising forces,” he continued.
About acting Defence Minister Masoum Stanikzai, he said: “What the president is doing is illegal. He wants to impose the acting defenc minister on the people.”
Qadir said he never wanted to create his own militias, but was only responsible for people’s uprising against militants.
