KABUL (PAN): Afghanistan's Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) on Monday termed economic policies of three presidential aspirants 'the best' among a dozen selected candidates.


On July 26, head of the ACCI Muhammad Qurban Haqjo had asked all presidential candidates to provide their economic plans to the chamber for publication for public awareness.


Those who provided their economic plans are included Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, Motasim Billah Mazhabi, Bismillah Sher, Abdul Haseeb Arian, Ramazan Bashardost, Sangin Mohammad Rahmani, Alhaj Shah Mahmood Popal, Shahnawaz Tani, Zia-ul-Haq Hafizi, Mahboobulllah Koshani and Alhaj Eng. Moinuddin Ulfati.


The ACCI described polices of three candidates Dr Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah and Motasim Billah Mazhabi as the best.


Around 10,000 copies of the candidates' plans, programmes and priorities have been published in the shape of a book with photo of each presidential candidate.


The plans included finding jobs, increasing per-capita income and resolving problems of private sector, said head of the ACCI Muhammad Qurban Haqjo.


He promised the books would be first distributed to the representatives of private sector and businessmen and then to all countrymen.


Presidential candidates Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai and Dr. Abdullah Abdullah participated in the launching ceremony.


Haqjo said Motasim Billah Mazhabi was on a trip to a foreign country therefore he could not attend the event.
