ECC head for Bamyan Mohammad Hadi Amiri told Pajhwok Afghan News the complaint registration papers had been handed over to the Independent Election Commission regional office by the IECC to their dispatch all polling stations.
He said these papers had reached provinces along with other election materials, but they were not given to observers on the Election Day.
According to Amiri, the IEC regional office dispatched them 190 papers after the Election Day to their office for registration of complaints.
He said 150 complaints had been registered so far and one of them was the lack of complaint papers.
He said most of these complaints were about powerful men’s interferences and miuse of authorities on the voting day and all complaints would be addressed.
However, IEC head for Bamyan Ali Shah Misbah, said they provided such papers to complaints commission officials and to polling stations where complaints existed.
