1- Mullah Mohammad Faizi:
Mullah Mohammad Faizi Son of Faiz Mohammad, Mullah Mohammad Faizi was born in 1973 in Paryan district. He has completed his primarry education at his home distrcit and recieved his bachelor in Sharia Law from Pakistan. He also recieved another bachelor degree in Law and Political Science from Daawat University in Kabul. Before finding his way to the provincial council, he had served in education department of Panjsher province.

Karamuddin Karam.
Panjsher Governor Karamuddin Karam was born in 1962 in Sangana village of Panjsher province.  Earlier, Karam served as in charge of the Club Team in the Defense Ministry.
He was head of Afghanistan Football Federation in 2006.  He discharged his duties in various capacities including member of 20-years old Afghanistan Football Players, member of Asian Youth Confederation and member of Asian Football Supporting Administration.

The newly created Panjsher province is situated 120 kilometres northeast of Kabul province.
Known as a mountainous region, the province is located between the southeast and southern ranges of Hindu Kosh Mountains.
Panjsher is situated 2,217 meters above the sea level and its highest peak has 6,000 meters.
Takhar and Baghlan provinces situated to its north, Kapisa to the south and Nuristan and Badakhshan provinces lie to its east. From the west, the province shares border with Shotul district.

Panjsher province has seven administrative units and its capital city. Panjsher has small agricultural land but still the people of the province mostly associate with the occupation of agriculture, vegetable and fruit orchards. A large number of people work in the demining of precious stones.
