Women’s active participation in polls urged

Herat (PAN): Officials say the outgoing decade saw implementation of multiple development projects in Herat that led to creation of more opportunities for jobless youth of the province.

HERAT CITY (PAN): National Security Advisor Dr. Rangin Dadfar Spanta's brother was gunned down in western Herat province on Wednesday morning, an official said.
Also a district attorney, Mohammad Wali, came under attack from an unidentified gunman in the Karkh bazaar, a police spokesman said.
