The Sar-I-Pul provincial council is composed of 15 members -- four of them elected for a second term. The following members were chosen as administrative board members:

1-Noor Agha Noori:
Noor Agha Noori is the son of Haji Mullah Mohammad, Noor Agha was born in 1988 in Kohistanat district. He graduated from a high school in Jawzjan and received his BA degree in Literature from the Badakhshan University. Before being elected to the provincial council, he served as a teacher. He is affiliated with the Junbish-i-Millie Party led by General Dostam.

2-Mohammad Asif Sadiqi:
Mohammad Asif Sadiqi is the son of Mohammad Sadeq, Mohammad Asif Sadiqi was born in 1985 in Sayyad district. He completed his primary education there and received his BA degree in Commerce from India. Before finding his way to the provincial council, he was an active civil society member. He is affiliated with the Jamiat-i-Islami Party.

3-Asadullah Khuram:
Asadullah Khuram is the son of Alhaj Rahim, Asadullah Khuram, 42, was born in the Sancharak district of Sar-i-Pul province. He made his way to the provincial council for a second time in the 2014 elections. Asadullah Khuram is among the prominent personalities of the province, having served as commander of Hezb-i-Wahdat-i-Islami Mardum Afghanistan during the jihad.
4-Mohammad Noor Rahmani:
Mohammad Noor Rahmani is the son of Haji Asadullah, Mohammad Noor Rahmani was born in 1985 in provincial capital, Sar-i-pul. Mohammad Noor is graduated from the provincial teacher training institute in Uzbek literature. Before finding his way to the provincial council, he had served as civil society activist and human rights trainer. He is affiliated with the Junbish Party led by General Dostam.

5-Salahuddin Chrekzada:
Salahuddin Chrekzada is the son of Abdul Mohammad Chrek, Salahuddin Chrekzada was born in 1989 in the provincial capital. He is a 12th grader. Before being elected to the provincial council, he served at the main provincial hospital. He is a member of the Junbish Party.

6-Haji Syed Asadullah Danish:
Haji Syed Asadullah Danish is the son of Syed Hassan, Haji Sayed Asadullah Danish was born in 1950 in Balkhab district. He graduated from high school there and during the President Karzai government served as district governor. He has no political affiliation.

7-Mohammad Hussain Mujahid:
Mohammad Hussain Mujahid is the son of Mohammad Ali; Mohammad Hussain Mujahid was born in 1976 in Balkhab district. He graduated from highs school there and before finding his way to the provincial council, he served as Balkhab mayor. He is affiliated with the Junbish.

8- Enayatullah Mosamam:
Enayatullah Mosamam, son of Mohammad Eshaq, was born in 1970 in Gosfandi district. He completed his primary education in Sancharak district and graduated from the teacher training institute in Sar-i-Pul province. Before finding his way to the provincial council, he served as high school principal. He also worked as education officer in Gosfandi and Sosma Qala districts. He is a poet and a member of Junbish-i-Millie Party.

9-Syed Reza Alemzada:
Syed Reza Alemzada is the son of Syed Mohammad Hassan; Syed Reza Alemzada was born in 1976 in Balkhab district and graduated from a high school there. Before winning a provincial council seat, he served as a lecturer at a seminary in Balkhab. He is a member of the Harakat-i-Islami Party.

10-Maulvi Mohammad Hanif Amini:
Maulvi Mohammad Hanif Amini is the son of Mohammad Qayyum, Maulvi Mohammad Hanif Amini was born in 1987 in Gosfandi district. He graduated from high school in Sancharak district and received his BA degree in Sharia Law from the Kabul University. Before being elected to the provincial council, he served as head of the Labour and Social Affairs Directorate. He is a member of Jamiat-i-Islami party.

Maulvi Noor Mohammad Baik is the son of Mohammad Hassan; Maulvi Noor Mohammad Baik was born in 1980 in Gosfandi district. He completed religious studies to the high school level and before finding his way to the provincial council, he taught at a religious school. He is not affiliated to any political party.

12-Masooma Shadab:
Masooma Shadab, daughter of Saifullah, was born in 1975 in provincial capital, Sar-i-Pul City. She graduated from a high school there and did BA in Law and Political Science from Kabul University. Before finding her way to the provincial council, she served as a teacher in Sar-i-Pul. She also served as a senator and has no political affiliation.

13-Masooma Ramazani:
Masooma Ramazani is the daughter of Ghulam Nabi and was born in 1985 in Balkhab district. She has graduated from a high school there. She served as teacher before becoming a member of the provincial council. She served the provincial council during the previous tenure as well. She is a member of the Right and Justice Party.
14-Madam Malika Alizadah:
Madam Malika Alizadah is the daughter of Ali Gohar and was born in 1983 in the provincial capital.
She studied up to 12th class and served as a teacher before becoming a member of the provincial council. She has affiliations with Hezb-i-Wahdat-i-Mardum Afghanistan.

Mohammad Ali Hakimi is the son of Sayed Hassan; Mohammad Ali was born in 1975 in Balkhab district. He graduated from a high school there and before finding his way to the provincial council worked for a foreign NGO. He is a member of the Etidal Party.
