Karamuddin Karam.
Panjsher Governor Karamuddin Karam was born in 1962 in Sangana village of Panjsher province.  Earlier, Karam served as in charge of the Club Team in the Defense Ministry.
He was head of Afghanistan Football Federation in 2006.  He discharged his duties in various capacities including member of 20-years old Afghanistan Football Players, member of Asian Youth Confederation and member of Asian Football Supporting Administration.
Because of his greater role, Afghanistan’s Football was promoted to great extent following the national team latest victory the in South Asia Cup.    
The victory led Afghanistan Football Team to rise to 131 ranks from 205 earlier.
His native language is though Dari, Karam speaks Pashtu and English as well. He has political affiliation with Jamiat-e-Islami Party.
