Mahmood Khan Suliman Khil is born in 1966 in Janakhil District, Paktika Province. Suliman Khil graduated from Harbi Showanzi High School in Kabul in 1979. He then studied for one year at the Harbi Pohantoon Military University before participating in the jihad. Suliman Khil was the head of the Department for Kuchi Affiars in Paktika in 2007. In addition to his work as a tribal leader, he also runs a business importing medicines from Pakistan. During the jihad, Suliman Khil was affiliated with Hezb-e-Muhaz Milli Islami Afghanistan, but is currently without political affiliation. He speaks Pashto, Dari, Urdu, Arabic and to some extent English.

200- Nadir Khan Katawazai

Nadir Khan Katawazai is the son of Haji Amanullah Khan, and is born in 1957 in Khair Kot District, Paktika Province. Katawazai graduated from Sayed Jamaluddin Teacher Training Institute in Kabul in 1978. He also studied at Abu Kalam Azad, a college in India. Katawazai taught in Paktika Province. He was then appointed as the head of the Department of Tribes and Frontiers in Paktika. He is also a businessman. Katawazai was elected to parliament in 2005 and participated in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002 and the Constitutional Loya Jirga in 2003 respectively. His mother language is Pashto but he speaks Dari, English, Hindi, and Urdu as well.

201-Najia Babakarkhil

Najia is the daughter of Haji Pir Mohammad, and is born in the Deh Sabz District of Kabul city in 1968. Najia graduated from Amin-e-Fedawi High School in Kabul in 1981. She has a bachelor degree from the Faculty of Economics from Kabul University in 1985. She participated in the National Democratic Institute (NDI) Political Party Trainer Program, from where she received six weeks of intensive training on the basics of democracy, campaign management, party structure, direct voter contact, the roles of polling agents and personal leadership skills. Najia is a member of the Afghan Women's Political Participation Organization, and also a deputy of the Movement of Afghan Sisters. She is chairwoman of the Afghan Teachers’ Cultural Union, and runs Dewa Private School in Kabul. During her training with NDI, she went on to train 130 party activists over six months. After earning her degree, Najia worked as a teacher at the Accounting Institute of Kabul from 1985 to 1987. She then taught economics at the Jamhoryat Professional School from 1987 to 1996, before becoming the school’s director in 2001. From 2005 to 2010, she served as an environmental advisor at the Kabul municipality. She speaks Pashto, Dari, and to some extent English.

202- Sayed Ishaq Gailani

Sayed Ishaq Gailani is the son of Sayed Ali Gailani, and is born in 1973 in the second district of Kabul Province. Gailani graduated from Nadirya High School in Kabul in 1978, and later earned his bachelor degree in Law and Political Science from Tehran University. Gailani was the founder of the Arman (Hope) publication on migration. He also acted as volunteer director of the Afghan University in Peshawar. After completing university, Gailani joined the Mujahideen in 1978. In 1992, he was appointed head of the National Council for Understanding and Unity (TafahumWahdatMilli) in Peshawar for three sessions. He established Hezb-e-Nuhzat Hambastagi Milli in 2001. Gailani was elected to parliament in 2005 with 34,920 votes. He served on the International Affairs commission during that term. Gailani participated in the Bonn conference in 2001 as well as the Cyprus meetings. He ran unsuccessfully for president in 2004. He speaks Pashto, Dari, and English.
