Hidayatullah Ahmadzai is the son of Wakil Shatokhan. He is born in 1970 in Dara-e-Mangal area of Azra district. He hails from Ahmadzai tribe. After completion of his primary education, he worked with the International Committee for Red Cross (ICRC). He was leading a group of Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan (HIA), with renowned commander, Zardad.

Son of Mangal, Sifatullah Haqmal is born in 1967 in Chotra village of Azra district in 1967. He completed his primary education in his native town and graduation from a high school in Peshawar, Pakistan. He was a leading tribal elder and served as a teacher as well. He has affiliation with Hizb-e- Islami Afghanistan (HIA). He was MP from Logar during the previous lower house tenure.
