Herat Provincial Council (PC) has 19 members. Four members are from previous terms while the rests are new faces. After internal election, following members emerged as members of administrative board:
Head: Kamran Ali Rezaee.
Deputy: Haji Toryalai Tahiri.
Secretary: Sakina Hussaini.
 
1- Sayed Azim Kebrzani:
Sayed Azim is the son of Sayed Abdul Ali Shah. He is born in 1982 in Anjeel district of Herat province. He has a degree in law and political science from Herat University. Earlier, he served in a number of national and international NGOs.

2-Haji Toryalai Taheri:
Haji Toryalai is the son of Haji Abdul Rahman. He is born in 1976 in Karkh district. He has studied up to 12th class. Taheri served as Kesh Robat district’s head of finance department. In the wake of internal ballot, he was appointed as deputy head of the council.

3-Najibullah Mohibi:
Najibullah Mohibi is the son of Salman Ali. Mohibi is born in Zeresh district in 1986. He has a degree in law and political science from the private Ghalib University in Herat. Earlier, he was head of a private company.
4-Haji Wakil Ghulam Habib Hashemi:
Haji Wakil Ghulam Habib Hashemi is the son of Ghulam Ahmad. He is born in 1965 in Anjeel district. Currently, he is pursuing a degree in law and political science in Herat.

Pedram is the son of Abdul Ghafoor. Pedram is born in 1987 in Herat city. He has a degree in journalism from Herat University. Earlier, he was working as Chief Executive Officer of Jawana TV in Heart. He has no political affiliation.

Haji Kamran Alizaye is the son of Haji Nesar Ahmad. Alizaye is born in 1975 in Kohsan district. He studied up to 12th class. Before contesting election, he had his private business. He has been elected as head of the council. Alizaye also has no political affiliation.

Haji Abdul Rahman Muradi is the son of Haji Wakil Sher Mohammad. Muradi is born in Kohsan district in 1978. He studied up to 12th class. He earlier served as as head of a transport company.
