The network comprised four civil society entities established in June 2012. Its board of members includes as many as 23 individuals. Ms Farrukh Laiqa Unchi Zada heads the national and intentional relations while Dr. Mohammad Maroof Samar is responsible for internal relations of the network.

2.      Zahir Faryabi Socio-Cultural Foundation:
The foundation was established by Ostad Mohammad Kazim Amini in 2010. It strives to expand and encourage cultural, literary and social activities in the region. It has around 50 employees.

The foundation was established by Tahmina Shuja, which focuses on cultural and social activities.

4- Roshan Garan Jamia Socio- Cultural Foundation
The foundation was established by Shah Raza (Monshi Zada) in 2006. It has its focus on cultural affairs and enlightenment of its members.

The foundation was founded by Hafizullah Fitrat in 2010. The foundation strives to help develop socio-cultural affairs.

The association was established by Ishanch Monthly proprietors in 2009. It has 30 members. It focuses on socio-cultural affairs. Tajuddin Hakimi runs the association.

7-Faryab Free Socio-Cultural Association:
The association was established by Mohammad Aslam Godaz, the proprietor of Saday-e-Qalam Monthly in 2003.  It has 34 members. It strives to promote cultural and literal activities.

The association was established by Amanullah Qarzada in 2012 with a 20-members board. It has been working to improve education, culture and social activities.

10-The Blind Association:
The association was established by Khal Bibi-- a blind girl--- in 2011. The association focuses on training and empowerment of the blinds and the disabled. Nearly 100 blind individuals have been trained to help themselves in walking and finding work.

17-Jawanan Andishwer:
