37-Asadullah Sadati

Asadullah Sadati is born in 1974 in Shahristan District of Daikundi Province. He speaks Dari and to some extent English as well. Sadati completed his primary and secondary education at his hometown. He then earned his bachelor degree in Dari Literature from Kabul University in 2005. During the conflict, Sadati immigrated to Iran and worked there with Afghan organizations. From 2005 till 2010, he worked as an expert in the Ministry for Parliamentary Affairs. Sadati is affiliated with Hezb-e Wahdat-e Islami. He works for the party’s political office as well as its Central Council. He also serves as one of four spokespersons of the Coalition for the Support of the Rule of Law. Currently, Sadati is the Chief Editor of the Musharikat weekly magazine, which is affiliated to Hezb-e Wahdat Islami.

 38-Sherin Mohseni

 Sherin Mohseni is born in 1980 in Shahristan District of Daikundi Province. She speaks Dari and Pashto as well. Mohseni completed her primary and secondary education in Bint-u-Huda High School, Daikundi Province in 2001. She is currently in her 4th year studying Law at Khatemun Nabieen University in Kabul. Earlier, she enrolled in nursing courses funded by Hezb-e Wahdat Mili. She served as a teacher at the Alhuda Girls High School, Daikundi Province, from 2001 to 2002. Mohseni was elected to the 2005 parliament and she participated in both the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002 and the Constitutional Loya Jirga in 2003.52

 39-Mohammad Noor Akbari

 Son of Muhammad Akbar, Mohammad Noor Akbari is born in 1963 in Khidir District, Daikundi Province.  He speaks Dari, Pashto, English, and Hindi. Akbari completed his primary and secondary education in 1976, in Khadir High School, Daikundi province. In 1979, he graduated from Kabul Polytechnic. He earned his bachelor degree in Political Science in 1995 at the Jamiya Melia University in New Delhi, India. In 1997, he did his master degree in Humanities and Languages from the Jamiya Melia University. Akbari was an editor and a journalist for the Tafahum magazine in New Delhi from 1994 to 2001. He was the first secretary at the Afghan Embassy in India from 1998 to 2001. He also served as the Chargé d’ Affairs in the Afghan Embassy in Japan from 2002 to 2004. Afterwards, he returned to Afghanistan and became the deputy chief of the Protocol Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kabul in 2004. Akbari was elected to parliament in 2005 and he is the Deputy President of Hezb-e-Ensejam Milli.

 40-Sadiqi ZadaNili

 Sadiqi Zada Nili is the son of Mohammad Hussain Sadiqi Nili. He is born in 1966 in Kajran District, Daikundi Province. He speaks Dari and Pashto. Zada Nili holds a bachelor degree in Islamic Sciences. Zada Nili was a jihadi commander who was in charge of Nili District administration in the Mujahideen era. He was a member of the former Hezb-e-Wahdat Islami Afghanistan (when it was a unified party) and was also active in the war against the Taliban. Zada Nili then became Deputy Governor of Daikundi Province and he was elected to parliament in 2005. He then participated in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002 and the Constitutional Loya Jirga in 2003.
