1 – Association of Parwan Youth:
The association is established in central Parwan in 2007. Comprising 8,500 male and female members, the association operates in academic, cultural, athletic and social fields. It receives financial support from national traders. Mohammad Qasim Tabibzada is its editor-in-chief.

2 – Nasim Cultural Foundation:
Established in central Parwan province in 2011, Nasim Cultural Foundation has 300 members. The foundaton serves the masses in cultural fields. It has held 16 major cultural related sessions so far. Muhammad Nasim Sahar Gulbahaduri is its editor-in-chief.
   
3 – Cultural Association of Khana-i-Dost:
Established in central Parwan in 2011, the Cultural Association of Khana-i-Dost strives to promote cultural, literary and social activities in the province. It motivates youth to getting education. Abdul Qahir Arya heads the association.

4 – Social Association for Women Welfare:
With around 50 female members, the Social Association for Women Welfare is established in central Parwan in 2010. The organization promotes public awareness of women fold in various spheres and to bolster their education capacity. So far, it has helped trained 600 women in different fields. Nazifa Mujadidi leads the civil association.

The Sapling Training Association of Bagram is set up in 2009. It discharges services in various fields in the central Parwan and Kapisa provinces.

The Association of Farmer and Industrialist Women of Parwan launches its activities back in 2011. The organization to bolster industry and agriculture fields in the capital city of Charikar and Balakhil village.
