Alhaj Ustad Najya Aymaq is daughter of Alhaj Juma Khan; Aymaq is born in 1971 in Pul-i-Khumri District of the province. Her family hails from the Dahna Ghori area. Aymaq completed her primary and secondary education at Islam Qala School in Pul-i-Khumri in 1984. She received her bachelor degree in literature from the Kabul’s Pedagogical University in 1991. She speaks Dari. Aymaq worked as a teacher in a school for one year and then taught at the Teacher Training University in the province for 15 years. She was also the director of a governmental teacher training organization in Baghlan from 2002 to 2003. Aymaq was a member of the 2005 parliament and she was also a member of the Emergency Loya Jirga.

She enjoyed working in the Independent Election Commission and the Office of the Afghanistan Constitution. She was a representative of the Baghlan people in the Emergency Loya Jirga in 2002. Esakhil was elected to the parliament in 2005. She is affiliated with Hezb-e-Afghan Millat, led by Anwar ul-HaqAhadi, an Afghan politician and the incumbent minister of commerce.

Obaidullah Ramin is orn in 1952 in Baghlan, Ramin is the son of Muhammad Omar and his family hails from a prominent dynasty in the Khost-o- Fereng District. He speaks Dari, Pashto, and English. Ramin completed his primary education from Khost-o- Fereng High School and then went to Baghlan High School where he completed his secondary education. He earned his bachelor degree in Agriculture from Kabul University in 1976. From 1977 to 1978, he studied at length to know how financial institutions can help promote agriculture sector. Ramin served as director of the Center of Traders and Crafts Workers--- an industrial organization--- till 2003. He then joined the Afghan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ACCI). Ramin served in several positions including inspector at the Agricultural Bank from 1975 to 1977, director of the Banks' Cooperative from 1980 to 1982, director of the Agricultural Development Bank from 2003 to 2004, acting director of the Agricultural Unity of Afghanistan Organization in 2004, and minister of Agriculture and Food in 2004. Ramin has personal interest in business and has his family is connected to the profitable Afghan Wireless Communication Company (AWCC).

Said Mansoor Naderi (also referred to as Sayed Nadir Kayan) is the son of Sayed Nadir Shah. He is born in 1936 in Doshi District of Baghlan. Naderi studied literature, social and cultural studies, politics, poetry, and Islamic studies at various private institutions in Afghanistan. During his years as a military commander, Naderi was a senator in the Najibullah government and later became vice president of Burhannudin Rabbani. He has been an MP since he was first elected in 2005. Naderi is the leader of the Hezb-e-Paiwand Milli--- Afghanistan’s political party. He is a member of the High Peace Council.  Naderi is widely considered to be the religious leader of the Ismaili Shia sect in Afghanistan. He holds the honorary title of Sayed of Kayan, held in high esteem in the Islamic world. During the Communist era, Naderi was head of the 80th Armored Division, based in Pul-i-Khumri, which defected to the Mujahideen in 1992 and joined the Northern Alliance to fight the Taliban in later years. Naderi family owns businesses including construction companies and the “Finest” supermarket chain. Naderi himself has traveled to Germany, Russia, China, India, Britain, France, the United States, and many other countries. He is a great fan of sports. He speaks Dari as well as English.

7-Muhammad Azim Muhseni

Muhammad Azim Muhseni is born in 1975 in Andarab District of Baghlan Province, Muhseni is the son of Muhammad Muhsin. He speaks Dari and Pashto.
