KABUL (Pajhwok): The Independent Election Commission (IEC) on Sunday announced final results of the Wolesi Jirga election from central Logar province.
According to a statement from IEC, Mohammad Khalid Momand, Shapur Khan Hussainzai, Eng. Mohammad Asif Nabizai and Huma Ahmadi have won the lower house polls.
After new IEC commissioners took charge, final results from Balkh, Paktika, Ghor, Herat, Farah, Takhar, Nangarhar, Logar and for the Hindu minority seat have been announced so far.
