پنج عراده امبولانس به ولايت دايکندى مساعدت گرديد

NILI (Pajhwok): The United Nation Population Fund in Afghanistan (UNFPA) has donated five ambulances and three Hiace model vehicles costing $280,000 for healthcare centres in central Daikundi province, officials said Thursday.
The project manager of “Health Nests” in Daikundi told Pajhwok Afghan News since 2012, as many as 23 ambulances have been offering services to patients in the province.
He said that 35 others ambulances would start be given to the officials concerned, which would help improve health services in the province.
Each health nest including one doctor, two nurses and a driver in several localities of the province.
Subhan Naibi, deputy speaker Daikundi provincial council, urged officials to keep the ambulances in good condition in larger interest of the people of the area.
Meanwhile, Abdul Haq Shafaq, acting governor of the province, said modern ambulances are yet to arrive in the provincial clinics.
He hoped the arrival of new ambulances would resolve many health problems in the province.
